Cherie I don't know how I came across ur website and I don't know why I decided to write to u, but I believe this was all on the path that my mum was supposed to walk. I wish I had words that would describe the absolute joy u have brought to me and my family. I had another visit from my mum today. I was playing with my children and all of a sudden I couldn't move and I felt my mums energy enter my body. I felt an amazing warmth and beauty. It was like I was looking at my children for the first time in ages. Tears were in my eyes and love was in my heart. My son then looked up to the sky and said grummy are u ok up there. Then he looked at me and said. Mum grummys ok. I knew right then she had passed. I then came inside and went to see if u had replied. And yes u had :) I also believe this man with the ice pick is either one of my spirit guides or an angel looking after me. I have been asking my spirit guides to help her pass and I believe they were led to u for u to help her. Again I wish I could show or tell u how appreciative I am. And pls from time time try and connect with my mum. She was an extraordinary woman. Very strong and very caring. And if u do pls let me know. By the way I think ur website is inspiring and very honest. I use this word because as soon as I entered it I knew u were a good kind person just trying to help :) with so much love, chanel x

Cherie, i would just first of all like to say how much i would love to hug you right now. You have eased my mind, knowing that there is still better to come for my mum on the other side. And please do let me know how it went at your church.
In my dream there was also a man in it. He was speaking to my two boys and saying be good for your mum. Then him and i were in the snow. He was holding an ice pick and said you hit the ice like this. I then said to him but wouldn't it fall. All of a sudden i had a great feeling this man had died in a avalance of snow burried him. We then were back inside my kitchen and he was holding up a a card with NZ 08-09 on it. I am pretty sure it was 09 it could've been 07.
When my mum was in hospital she was in and out of contiosness. We all remember her saying 'wheres the man from New Zealand'. I think this man in my dreams was there at the hospital with her that day. I have a real strong feeling about this. Do you think this man is with my mum trying to get through too? Could you also pray for him.

I cannot thank you enough Cherie. And i am travelling to Adelaide our home town next week, where my cousin has set up an appt with a medium. xxxooo

I did go to church on tuesday and i asked a friend what they thought about your mum. Unfortunatly it was very busy and we didnt have time to disscuss it properly, so i came away emty handed as you would say.Saying this i did go into a meditation on wednesday and found myself in the vortex with a lady, she was showing the glass that was in her way and it was quite solid, i was tring to find away to eigher get round it or break it but there seemed no way at all. I came out of the meditation and kept asking how i could help without putting myself or her in any danger.All day yesterday i kept seeing a very big pick axe, I did not think it was your mum that was showing me this as the energy felt very different. I also heard the names stan,( allen or lynden).Now this may seem rather strange but i have been out with my dog this morning and a man came to me and said, when you get back go on your website, you have some information from Chanel. low and behold i came straight home, signed in and there was your post.
As i am typing i am along side your mum and we both have a pick axe in our hands, we are hacking away at the glass, it is weakening on every strike.The glass is shattering and there now seems to be a clear way through. we are walking now to the end or the vortex, i have asked her if there is anything she wishes to say before i leave her, she says not really, just "walk tall" she also says that if she has anything to say she will come to you herself, she has never been one the pass messages through another unless absolutely nessasary and she knows full well that you have the ability to communicate with her with no help.she is going now. next time she comes to you she will tell you a different story of heaven.

My mum has recently died. I had a very distinct visit a couple of nights ago from her in my dreams. There was a lot of beautiful things, but the part that trouble me the most was at the end. She was sobbing in my arms saying it wasn't as great as you think on the other side. She was saying its horrible and she doesnt want to go back.

I then called my auntie the next day and she told me Alison (her sister, my mum) had come to her the night before in her dreams and said the exact same thing.

I am feeling very uncomfortable with this feeling and would hate to think she is there and she isn't happy?

Please shed some light onto this for me and have you heard of this before. If you need to ask more questions please feel free to and i will answer them.

My mum was a very very strong women in her physical body and i am quite positive she will be the same in her spirit life.

Please help :)

hi Chanel,
as soon as i opened your email i could sense a woman draw close to me. I do beleive that this is your mum, there is a lot of love within her spirit that she carries for you and your family. I also feel so much sadness with too, so much so that it actually bought tears to my eyes. She says some thing about crossing over, that she doesnt think that she has gone to the right place, this isnt heaven she says, i have asked her if she thinks it is hell and she says no, it is neigher. it seems as though there must have been a disturbance whilst her transmission to spirit world was happening. she says she can see all the beautiful things that is in heaven but it is like looking through a glass door, she cant go through and reach it. i have asked her if she is darkness and agian she says no it is light where she is but there is nothing, no spirits, no beauty, no nothing. she is defanitly not earth bound, and she doesnt appear to be stuck or trapped as she has found a way to contact you and every one else. but it is like when she tries to reach heaven she is caught in a glass dome.she also says that she can see other things that are not nice, shadows in the distance and things moving in and out of the spirit worlds. she is upset becuase she feels she should eigher be back on earth or in heaven helping to keep the balance right. she is seeing future and past events all at the same time, not just from this world but from all worlds.
there have been many spiritual and earthly shifts taken place last year and this year, i am thinking that your mum may have passed over at a time when the shifts were on quite a high level, which disturbs everything, and could possilby of interfered with your mums transition to heaven.
it used to be a rare thing to get caught in the votec of the tunnel to spirit world but as with all the shifts taking place and more fequently it is becoming more common.
I have a feeling that she will need help to actually cross over to the better place.
I am going to my church tonight and will ask the team to help her cross to heaven.
i will let you know how we got on tomorrow.

Hi Cherie,

I have a very close connection with my boyfriend who passed last year and feel him around me all the time. There are times when the closeness feels more intense than at other times and I've noticed that I feel a letdown or depletion of energy after "contact" (such as a dream visitation). My question is, Is this letdown feeling just my own emptiness because I miss him so much, or is there an actual power drain that leaves me flat after we have "interacted."??

hello michelle,
It takes a lot of energy from both sides to be able to communicate to spirits. You wether you are aware of it or not have to raise your energies in order for the communication to take place and spirits have to slow their energies down.
depending on how well you are feeling, if you are sightly off wether or feeling unhappy, it can cuase you to feel quite drained after you have had contact. Some people drain easily any way and others feel nothing, just normal.
You could try different techinics to help you over come the draining feelings that you are experiencing.

Drink plenty of water before and after you communicate,
fix a time limit to say no more than five minutes a day of a while until you get used to the energy changes.
always clear, ground, protect your energies and yourself.

Thank you so much,Cherie for creating this site about Spirit. I am a believer and have been ever since I was a child. I have clairvoyant abilities and can communicate through telepathy with people I know and even people I've never met and spirits. My mom died a few years ago and we were very close,so I still feel her presence near and her guidance. I ask for signs and often find them as in the ways you described that they can manifest. There is much to learn indeed about Spirit,here on earth and in the afterlife. God bless!

Hi Cherie, Found your beautiful site this morning and as i read further realised I had in fact, experienced very similar occurances as yourself, where famous spirit is concerned.. I too have kept journals for the past 7 years, some of it dream stuff, some of it coincidences with divine timing. I know I have work to do with spirit, but appreciate also that I have work to do physically. I feel honoured to know for sure that the purity of my thoughts have helped one particular spirit who has been making his presence felt for years.. Might I add that he didnt have an easy passage. Gosh theres so much I would like to talk about now I've started. And i am learning everyday, only by my own take on what these experiences mean. Trance stuff started to happen on the border of sleep and meditation, but I never conciously tried to get myself into a trance state.. I would wake, knowing I was awake, yet I could still feel the weight of his body laying on me. I knew as soon as I opened my eyes I would not see anyone there. Then after a few minutes I can go back to that space again where i can see him, hear him and feel him again. His energy is ecstatic and we use telepathy to communicate in that space ( which makes me laugh while im there, as I know, Im novice at it) I have never had a reading per say, or go looking for answers or for confirmation from another, as to who my spirit guide is. I have been to the Spiritualist church a few times, to offer a nice vibe to the mediums doing clairaudience, but never had any names given my way. Its always a lovely feeling, like walking on air after ive been to a spiritualist church tho. Maybe we could talk some more, when you get a moment perhaps we could. I have lived with spiritual encounters all my life, I have a couple living in my house which go through a time warp where they do the same things as they did in one year but sometimes help us out.
Lately I have one with me that will not go away i told him to leave and the couple that live with us was helpin me too. Recently whatever is following me rang me calling me Penny and asking for me to help him i said i did not know a Penny and said you have the wrong number, he ignored, and can you help me, Penny i need your help. I am very confused and if you could help me that would be great.

Hi Tia,

I would like you to take notice of what the spirits are doing whilst in the time warp, it is quite rare for spirits that live in a repetitive state to connect and help you out. This being as they are sort of living like a recording, if you can understand that. They are usaully un-aware that anything else exists or goes on around them.
If these spirits aware aware of you then their patterns of living should or will change.If they want help to cross over then help them and they then they will be in a much better position to help and guide you on your journey of life.
As for the spirit that is asking for penny, you may have to ask him to please go and find someone else to help him with this situation, it feels to me that he is seeking the questions in the wrong place, as though he has lost his direction a little bit. This may seem a bit strange but it feels as penny may mite be on earth as a human, feels like she has past over too. like she has croosed to spirit world and he has not for some reason. Again i surjest you help him cross over, telling him that you think penny is there waiting for him.
If this doesnt help the situation then please find a medium that is in your area to assist you.

Thank You so much for your site. I have had spirits around me for a few months now. To me each one is different, some I feel, see or hear. They mostly touch me to let me know there here. I learned how to do spirit releases and dowsing to help them. Since going through my depression a few month back, this is how it's been. If it wasn't for my kids and husband feeling them too, I would think I was going crazy. I also had a paranormal team come out and get pictures and evps. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed by it. I'm glad someone understands what I am going through.

Sometimes when you are feeling down, a lot of spirits come in to help you, sometimes people feel them, sometimes they dont. You are one of the lucky ones and have come to see that there is something much greater out there in this world. It is good to hear that becuase of your experiences that you have taken the time to learn to help across spirits over and help them. They are lucky to have you.
It is also good that members of your family are aware of them, it is given proof that they are definatly there, everyone needed to know as this must be the work that you will be doing in the future and you will need the surrport of your family, it makes it easier for everyone when you are all aware of spirits coming and going.

Many times in my experiences with spirit I have some trouble understanding what they are trying to tell me, i have over come this by asking that they use other forms of communication, like for example using my memories or pictures that i can understand with a meaning that only i would know. For instance if i was feeling a spirit wanted to give me a message but i just wasnt getting it i would ask that they show me an experience of mine that the person would understand, or a place that i have been to etc. Once the spirit can do that, the communication becomes easier as you will understand what they are trying to say and they can build on it. it is the same with feelings if you dont understand the feelings they give you ask that they give you a feeling from your like that you can relate to, this will then make sense to the person the message is meant for. Remember that most times spirit will use your experiences to give others messages. this is why it is important that you know yourself inside out so to speak. hope this helps

Yes orbs come in many colours as well as some being big and some being small.
The colours that you see them as must always be your own interpatation as colours mean different things to different people.The colours of orbs are the different emotions that the spirit left this earth with.With spirit orbs i beleive that the different sizes are for they different ages or sizes of the spirit coming forward. Orbs are spirits or a way of communication from a spirit.
The differance being that a orb which is spirit will stay in a certain place much longer than other types of orbs, they will hover over a certain place moving around in the same place over and over again. Some times at the same time of day everyday. These type of orbs are spirits that are how people say earthbound.On odd accasions these orbs may also be seen as an apparition.
Other spirit orbs can be seen when a medium is bringing forth spirit as a channel, this is said to be rare these days, but as the medium is talking to a person about a certain spirit orbs will appear, these orbs are the spirits that have come with messages.In saying this some spirit orbs can be fairly quick as they races past, but again these type of orbs will usaully do the same run over and over agian in the same place, like a recording if you know what i mean. Rarely do these have the time be apparitions.
Orbs that are a way of communication are usaully very quick and come as soon as you are thinking about something. They dash past you and can almost touch you as they go.the colours and sizes will depend on the thought or question that you have asked. Again to understand what these messages mean you will have to decide on what the colours actually mean to you and put those colours, thoughts and questions together to get your answer.
The white mists are spirit mists, depending on the sizes of the mist it could be one or many spirits, mists are a transition of being inbetween manifestion of solid form and spirit form. It is very rare these days for the spirit or spirits to do this infront of humans as in the past it has cuased the fear of god into them. The mist is more exceptable to the human mind or eye that is why it is more common just to see the mist than the whole completion of transformation. Spirit knows who can cope with the whole deal and those that cant. They have learnt this from past experiences.

Well this isn't a question, but I just felt I had to tell you this because it got me EXTREMELY excited and you helped me to figure out something!

A while back I was dreaming as usual when this random girl named Abbigail popped into my dream. I couldn't see her and had no idea who she was, but I felt this intense love for her. We texted for a bit as I was trying to figure out who she was, but all she left me with was a message.

Ever since that dream I've been trying to figure out if that was my spirit guide but had no luck until today. I was just browsing the web and stumbled upon your page and was reading "How Spirits Communicate" searching for answers.

I had gotten about halfway through the page where you were talking about how we shouldn't live in the past or the future, but "in the now, for that is where you are" and immediately I thought of my dream with Abbigail because the message she had sent me on my phone that I had been trying to figure out was "where you are is now"

Even just typing this message makes me giddy because I feel I have finally figured out the true meaning of the message, and hopefully soon she can return to me with another life leason.

Those feelings i know come from spirit and are meant for you. i also hear in my mind that you should be very proud of yourself, you have come a long way. you should understand what that means x you are a bueatiful soul and will have beuatiful things in your life, never be affraid that you come across as to selfish or needy when asking for things from spirit you deserve them and a lot more.

I am sorry for the loss of your cousin, sometimes it is hard for us to except that the people we love will not be coming back as human form.It takes time for us to grieve, and no matter what anyone says to you, losing someone you love will never leave, you just learn to live without them. Take it easy and dont try to rush things, it is alright to be sad and wish that she was still here, what i will say is that if you can remember that she is fine now, she is happy and content, she would not want you to so sad, she would not want you hold the feelings of loss for too long. I keep seeing a peice of paper with writting on it, not sure if it is a letter or peopm she sent you or you wrote for her. which ever it is it is lovely. if you know what i am on about read it, if you dont watch out for it. it will help you.
I have nothing else that i can say to you at the moment, just take care of yourself.

I have been abused, raped beating by spirits for 6 years now. They beat me, they stick pins or hooks in my feet when I am trying to sleep. They rape me at night. They whatever they can to keep me from succeeding. I have a hard time keeping a job because I don't get much sleep or I am just too tired too function. However, I do my best to survive but it has been hell in my life. This started when I was about 4 years old and now I am 48 years old.

Do you have any recommendations?

Hi Cherie,
Since I have been living at my mothers house there have been odd things happening, the other night when I was going to sleep, in the living room, I kept hearing voices talking to me, I couldnt really understand what they were saying but they did say my name, and last night my cell phone was blinking and it has never done that before like someone was hitting the lock button on and off, the only person I know that is deseased is my aunt Linda, my grandmothers sister, she had passed away in May of 2008. Back in 2009 when I was here at my mothers I was sleeping in the garage, made it into a bedroom, and I just closed my eyes to go to sleep and instantly started to dream, it was of my son and husband and they were making music like on a medal file drawer and then all of a sudden their eyes turned black and the noises got louder and louder and I opened my eyes and saw this black shadow right before my eyes,and my anxiety went through the roof, i do have anxiety problems, so I am confused because the voices I keep hearing dont seem to be harmful,please help me, I would like to know if there is a spirit that is trying to tell me something and if its good or bad.

I have the feeling that you have been going through qite an emotional period in your life and you have been holding it up very well but not really expressing your feeling to those that really count, try and talk this out with the right people please. At these times we tend to call out for help, who we asking is usaully something that we cannot see or hear normally, we all do it, most times we do not hear, see or understand that we are recieving help. The Voices that you hear are more than likely trying to tell you that they are there to help you and are trying to guide you on your thoughts at this moment of time. You may not be able to hear them very well but you spirit inside has hear them and you will know what to do and say when the time is right. This happens quite a lot picking up vioces and understanding whats being said until the day when words flow from you mouth and you realize that you had heard this before.
Your dream i believe is becuase you are worried over you husband and son, the nioses that get louder and louder are to bring your attention to them and sort out these worries,the reason of black eyes could be that there is sadness in your heart which concerns them. I also beleive that the black shadow is a reflextion on how you feel, it is a way of avioding emotions, a way of sort of saying it is not me but something else.
I really dont think that there is anything bad in what you are hearing or seeing at the moment, i feel it is just a way of trying to deal with what has or is going on around at the moment. talking is important so please talk to those that really matter x

I need some help with something, or someone. A few months ago my husbands best friend was killed. He used to live with us as well. Well the other night my husband was gone on an overnight trip, the first one hes been on since we had our son. This was the first night my son and I had spent all by ourselves. When I was getting ready to give my son a bath, I felt a hand being pressed on my shoulder. It was cold and heavy. I looked at my son and said that was weird. I was just wondering if this was his friend that passed away and what I can do? He was really close to us but never got to meet our son. Could this have been him checking up on us? I'm not scared I would just like to know what I can do next. Thank you so much. I love your site as well!

I also think that at that time you were feeling sad and the hand on the shoulder was just to say its ok doll everything will be alright.Yes i also beleive that it was your husbands friend. He came to let you know that he has seen you little boy and he will always be there for you when ever you need him. Just say hi next time he comes achknowldge that you know it is him.There was a lot of love and admiration between the three of you.

Hi there

Last night my bf and I was laying in bed asleep. Then all of a sudden he sprang out of bed and woke me with a huge noise. I believe in Spirits and he DOES NOT AT ALL. He washed his face and I gave him his calming pills. Then I asked him whats wrong. He said to me , that something like tried to press his arm. I stayed calm but said nothing. All I did was praying for protection. Sometimes I feel these strong engergies and aswel as It feels like somethings watching me. Mostly when I am scared it feel like I am being watched. Then at work sometimes it feels like somethings following me to the Womens room. What can that be. I am not scared anymore :)

Sometimes spirit do try and get your attention by touching you or pressing on you and it can be quite allarming for those that experience it. All you have to do is that the spirit does not touch in that way again and finds another way in which to connact you, ie using signs within the earthly plain.Praying for potection was the best thing to do at the time so well done for doing that. you should always ask for protection in this world regardless whether it be spirit or not as there are many spirit and humans out that that take your energies without you or them releixing it, and also asking for protection will keep negative people, spirits and viberations away from you. I do not beleive that what you are feeling with someone watching you or following is anything negative, i feel it is just a spirit that has latched on to you to experience a little bit of the life you have, they will leave you once thay have learn the lesson they are learning from you. If it doe worry you at all kindly ask the spirit if they would please leave and learn from someone else.

Greetings,several years ago I started to see tiny vibrant blue flashes of colour. They were tiny, blue,squares but not so defined, that would appear for seconds. Once when I was talking to a college tutor and while he was talking these blue flashes appeared over his face,another time I was with two people,while one man was talking,these blue flashes appeared over his leg. At the time I was seeing this I was at college and my feeling is that studying opened up my chakras,especially the throat and forehead chakras which at the time also gave me various spiritual insights. I'm not sure what the blue flashes of light mean. Maybe I was developing my forehead chakra. I have had my eyes checked and they're fine,also I've not experienced the blue like I did those 5 years ago. I feel that while studying an intensive 1 yr academic course I used parts of my brain I didn't normally use and this seemed to naturally open a spiritual awareness. Do you have any insight into my experience and do you feel there are other ways in which this can naturally occur or develop. I was practicing Reiki on myself also, not always regular. I'm attuned to level 2 Reiki. Thank you for reading and I look forward to another perspective or if anyone else has experiences this.

As we are different we see differently, tiny blue square shapes or stars, whatever the shapes maybe that come out of the blue like they have done for you in the past are more likely to be your self awareness, but not really understanding what it is at the time.
If you have seen this flashes over different parts of peoples bodies then it is more likely to that you are picking up that they may very well have an illness or pains in those area's. The colours of the flashes may vary too. Different colours mean different things each person so to define what the flash mean to you would be a good idea to explore. For example,blue can mean minor illnesses, red could mean major illneness or emotions. think about colours to see how each one makes you feel, espailly when it comes to illnesses or healing.
Sometimes I have seen blue flashes around people and at times it just means they have spiritual insight, other times it might mean they have an illness where the flashes are. And there have been times when blue flashes have appeared on a wall etc and I have instantly known that someone I know has just died. You have to knom yourself to know what different flashes mean even if they are the same colour.
Reiki is good, if you have not already have your third attunement then please do so, it doesnt matter if you use it regulary or not, it will always be in you.

This is rather a good question, in my oppinion it depends on what sort of state the state the spirit enters spirit world. Being a human for a spirit is pretty traumatic, they come from a world of no material possession or human fresh into a place full of it. At the point where we a born many spirits simply forget where they have originated from, this may be due to the shock of birth. So when death falls apon us as humans, our spirits leave this bodily form and go striaght back to their true forms, which is spirit, energy forms. Some of these spirits will return to their world in a bit of a state of shock again, not really understanding where their bodies have etc. they will need to healed and talked to by other spirits to help them understand what has happened, sounds strange but this how i personnaly see things when they return. Yes some will need help to come into dream visitations and yes they will recieve this help from their guides or other spirits that have met them on the other side. Others will understand straight away and may not need any help what-so-ever. It all depends on what type of person there were on this earth, strong minded or willed, whether they died of a long illness or an accident. Hope i have made that easy for you to understand...
As for being hard to pull off, I beleive that dream visitations are one of the easiest ways of communication as we are in a different state of mind than whilst awake therefor we are more open to spirit. I also do not beleive that spirit communication is regulated in any way, a spirit can come at any time of day, day or night and in sleep,As there is no real time over there and they are much more than we are and they are energy not solid formed. We are the ones that regulate communication in the way that we can send them away if they come at times that does'nt suit us. hope this helps

I never once regret the things I have been through in my life as it has brought me to where I am now. I have become very spiritually aware of myself and have had lots of coincidences occuring over the past few years. Last year I had a very clear voice in my head telling me that the job I was going for was not what I really wanted to do so followed that voice and turned down the job even though it meant I would be stuck in a very negative enviroment with the job I am in. I have trusted that there will be something bigger and better out there for me that I am supposed to do. Just recently I have started having dreams of meeting psychic people of all ages. I am not sure if this is my mind working overtime or if there is some relevance to the psychic world here. Could you shed some light on this for me?

I found your post most interesting, it seems to me that you have a connection with spirit and also that you are very aware of it too. To be able to follow any thoughts or words that you here from spirit world, tells me that you trust in what they say and also have a strong belief in spirit. There are not many people out there that listen and follow what they know is a message from spirit, you seem to be one of the exceptions, well done ! As for your dreams of meeting psychic people or people of like mind, then I would say your dreams are also trying to tell you which way to go. For example, if it is written in the Akashic Record that you are to have three life partners in this incarnation, are you breaking Universal Laws by deciding to stay single for the rest of your life after the first two? Hi Michelle,

I have also queried this kind of question before. I have listened to many other mediums point of view on this and they all differ. Some say that you always have free will, others say that at times in your life, no matter what you want to do you are pushed by spirit to go in the direction that is written and therefor sometimes you have no choice, which means that you dont always have free will.

There is no easy way of understanding the laws of the universe, as in many laws they can change, depending on circumstances and intentions. Just the same as a book can be re-written, who is to say that just because it is written in our own personnal Akashic Record that we have to marry three or four times, that we have to do this, we can if we wish re- write that part of the story. By doing this we will not learn certain lessons or gain certain knowledge from those relationships that we have re-wrote, but it does not mean to say that we will never learn those lessons, they may be learnt through other experciences.

I beleive that your personnal Akashic Record are there as a guide, just like any other book you can read it if you dont like it you can change the out come or the views by making them up to suit your self, if you understand this. Like many films that have been made from books, so many have be adapted to suit the run of the film and even some of the endings have many endings then one is chosen to close the film.

What ever you do or choose to do, your life and soul will find another way to teach you the things you need to know to elolve and grow, if you take one path when you are told to take another, you will eventually go down the right path that will lead you to where you are meant to be going.

Not only that it is us that writes our Akashic Record, we do this before we enter earth as a human, so it is us that can change what we have written.Many pages in our records remain blank,this doesnt mean that our life ends on a blank page, it just means that our future at certain times have or were not decided at that piont maybe they were left so that certain choices could be made at times when they arise.

In my oppinion we always have free will, we do not have to go down certain paths or be with certain people, just becuase we are told to or it is written.We hold the pen in our hands, we can write a story and we can change that story as we go along.

Every thing wether written or not constantly changes,all that exists never stands still, the law's, the weather, the earth, people even spirit. Nothing ever stays the same we are always growing and changing.

This oppinion is mine, there maybe many out there that do not aggree with them and that is there chioce. Sometimes the answers are in your own heart, take all of other peoples oppinion on this question and then decide on what you belive. No one is ever wrong,we just have different views on subjects.

Basically all you have to do is ask for a spirit to come and they will if they can, always ask that a spirit come for the good and best intentions of all that is concerned and never ask "is anyone is there" as this leaves yourself open to any kind of spirit, you do not want to attract negative spirits.
Sometimes when we ask for a certain spirit to come through for example a deceased loved one, they may not be able to come themselves, as when you cross over to the spirit world they have their own things to do, they may be recieving healing or helping other spirits or other people on earth,if it is possible they will come, if not they may send someone else in their place that you may know, another relation or friend in spirit world.
Once you ask keep your mind open and look out for signs in and round you, listen out for any thoughts that you recieve to questions that you may have asked, you see they may come but you may not be able to see them, you may feel sensations around your body, or hear something. Dont just expect to see them it doesnt always work that way ok.
If you think you have recieved a message thank them for answering you and if you think you have'nt recieved a message ask again keeping your mind aware that they can use any thing to give you a message, the radio, tv, pictures, signs on roadsides etc.

hi cherie im marlene . i have had a bad life and i dont know whaat causes me to see what i see. sometimes i feel scared or think im insane but whos to say what is sane and who is. I see them in my dreams like you say. I see them in shadows. I see them as people in flashes like their there then flash their gone thats how i mostly see it. i recently saw a man i had nooo clue who he was and i could not make out his face. im scared to go outside now at night. When i was younger my brother was a drug addict and played with a weegee board and im afraid he release bad spirits. It happened in my garage and there was carving saying get out and other things i could not remember also my bigger brother who is not a addict heard something scream at him and his friend did as well. i dont think it followed us to my current location but i see various people. like a woman dead in my dreams later i remember seeing her alive. i dont know her either. i also seen my friends uncle who passed away two months ago ive never ever seen the man but i described himand my friende said it was him. then a dog i owned as child that i was too young to even remember. i dream to see my grandpa who died last year but nothing. I cant figure what they want. I am sorry that it has taken me a while to reply to you but I have been very busy and away for a while.

Many people that see or hear spirit have had it real bad as they are growing up, some suffering violent and abusive up bringings.This does not mean that all people with some form of psychic ability have gone through bad stuff, just that I have met or know of many that have, some have have good lives all the way through their childhood.
I dont beleive that your seeing spirit is connected with your brother playing around with the ouiji board,I also dont feel as though anything has followed you, I dont feel bad spirits around you.
It feels as if you have a very soft nature and are willing to help just about any body or thing that crosses your path, spirits are attracted to people who they know maybe able to help them either pass on messages or help them cross over to spirit world. Spirits that have crossed over do also come and visit you, they can come just to let you know that they are around if you feel a little down or sad, they can also come to give you encouragement or let you know that they are proud of you. You say that your grandfather has not come, or that you do not see,hear or feel him, this does not mean he doesnt care or love you, it might be that when he crossed over he needed a lot of healing and is still going through this process, or that he is very busy in the spirit world and cannot come at the moment, there are many reason why the ones that you really want to come dont seem to be there when you want them too. Dont worry to much about that, he will get a message to you one way or another even if it is not in person, so to speak, he may send another family member or someone else that has passed that you know or even an animal, just to let you know he is around. Just be patient and in time you may very well see him or have some contact with him.
Marlene my dear, I have been called all sorts of names over the years by other people who do not wish to beleive that what you see or hear is real to you, I have been called mad, a weirdo, freaky, spooky and many more. I have had to learn to ignor all comments that have come my way and just be myself, if I am with someone and I see or hear something from spirit I have learnt that sometimes you tell that person who is with you and sometimes you say nothing, as they are not ready for it yet. One day you may be with them again and you will know when they are ready to be told what you can see or hear, you will learn this as you go along if you take your psychic abilities any further, so dont worry what others say you know your own truth and dont let anyone phase you from it. You have one special that beleives and if they are really your friend they will stick with through out your journey of understanding spirit and your life. Just walk away from those who think you are crazy and do your own thing ok.
It doesnt matter that you beleive in god or not, if have come here with your light shining spirits will come to you, you will find and learn as you go along what you wish to beleive in, the fact that you beleive in spirits is enough for the moment. As on my websites there are many sorts of spirits, some that cross straight away, others like to stay in the material world and refuse to go, they cause no harm, they are living life as they wish too, sometimes we see or hear them sometimes we dont. There are those that somehow dont cross and are tring to find there way and we can help those, there are some that havent crossed for some reason and dont want your help. Yes there are bad spirits out there, all you have to do is tell them to leave as you will not have anything to with them, being strong , firm and in control, making sure they know you will not let them enter you life and they will go. The ones that do cross over do come back to pass on messages, they may have to let those left behind something important or just let them know that they are ok, only when they give you a message or can communicate with them do you know the reason why they have come.
Try and let your past go, it was rough and hurtful at the time, you can move on from any of those emotions that you may still be carrying, all bad things that happen in your life are to teach you what you do not want in your future, the can teach you how to help others who have gone through simular things as yourself, you will have a much more understanding of how they feel, which puts you on the sort of the same level as them and this somehow allows trust to come in and helps them to release their emotions that many hide away and this just eats away at that them so that they hold on to unwanted emotions and hense they cant move on to a better life. Be aware that what ever happened to you has also made you a stronger person, you are alive, you have come this far, you have learnt that those things are not acceptable to you any more and you can look forward with a more positive attitude.
The more we try to undertand fully how the spirit or spirit world work the more frostrating it can get, we get annoyed that things are not said in way that we can understand, the best thing is just to except that spirit is there and it is here and the learning of it all will come in time, It is mystrious, scary, yet amazing at the same time, just take it easy and learn as you go along. Even I jump at spirit things sometimes, when I am least expecting anything, it is human instinct to be shocked or taken by surprise at times and with spirit stuff it is no different, it just comes from a different level or dimemsion.We only fear what we dont understand, just like the darkness, the light has gone, we cannot see what is coming, yet there is nothing in the darkness that is not there in the day light, it is just that our vision and minds that act differently when the lights go down. I have learnt this over the years, spirits are there both day and night, it is are perseption of light and dark that changes how we feel and see that makes the difference, hope that makes sense to you.
Spend a little time each day to clear out your energies of negative things, ground yourself so that you are closer to earthly things and protect your life and energy forse from anything negative.

Thank you for replying to me. its fine that it was late, Everyone is busy i wasn't expecting it in a flash, im just happy you answered me. =]
i really appreciate it sooo much that you would take the time to read and write back to me. I feel a lot of weight lifted from my shoulders with the information you have given me. I still see spirits, don't get soo spooked as much but they just pop up with the blink of an eye. I wont lie i am a negative thinker and i will change that. The other day I saw some accident and a lady and her daughter died..i don't know what to think but i hope they are finding there way and i hope i can be like you and communicate with spirits and help as much or just help them acknowledge their there because i think most want that. Im very glad the Ouija board has maybe nothing to do with it so i wont hurt my big brother now for playing it. I will ignore what others say about me because you are right i know what i see and i know my truth for believing in the unseen even though i dont believe in god and i do in spirits, i think they believe in me in a way to appear to me. Its comforting in a way..
The other day my boyfriend was there when it happened he's had some experience with spirits too in mexico. We where sitting and my television when black and we where in the dark and all of a sudden we heard a heavy breathing and i heard something like a voice. First thought was white noise when my tv went back to normal the numbers said 666 satan on the show i was watching i dont know what it mean but i hope its not bad....I will take your advice Cherie and i dont think your spooky but a very sweet lady. I also hope your right about my grandpa if i dont communicate with him its fine ill see him again if i go to the spirit world at the end of my life. The buzzing noises in your head or in your ears is quite common as a form of spirit communication, some say it is angels tring to contact you, though my oppinion is that it is any type of spirit tring to give you a message or get your attention.
I have this quite a lot both day and night, I dont always know what they are tring to tell me by using this method, it is almost like a radio station tring to tune in. Some times I think the noise is giving you information that is jumbled up and when you need that information it becomes clear to you in thought forms, if you can understand that.
For example: I was asking a question about something and all i heard was this buzzing in my head, a few weeks later I was working on some thing to do with the question I had asked and I heard the buzzing again but within the buzzing noise thoughts came into my head which gave me the answer I was looking for.
If you beleive these noises to be negative or bad then do continue to ask your loved ones to come and protect you, or even ask Arch Angel Micheal for protection.
As this is a new thing to you it could be your own fear that is making the noises appear to be bad, try and relax when it comes, you may find that it does not come across as a feeling of bad any more, if it does then ask it to stop and ask for protection.
The seeing of faces is also quite common, it is spirits way of showing you that they are there.I also have this day or night. Most of the time the faces are of the spirits, but sometimes they may show you people who are still here on earth. When they show you people that are still here, it is to let you know that they have known these people. When this happens and you meet those that are still on earth you often get the feeling that you know them from somewhere, but it is often the memory of the faces that you have been shown.
It seems that spirit is tring to get your attention, spirit may be tring to get you to work with them and give people messages or they are tring to give you a personnal message.
I think only you know which one it is, it will be up to you to choose whether you want to work with spirit and pass on messages or not. If you dont want to then tell them that this sort of thing is not for you, if you do then tell so, but to bring it gently and not rush you.
Dont worry to much about not being able to hear what they are mouthing, if you could it might drive you round the bend as you would hear them all at once and not be able to make any sense out of the words anyway.
If you do pursue working with spirit may be you should ask that they come one at a time and dont bombard you.This may help you understand a much better what they are tring to say to you.
Have you tried finding a spiritualist church in your area they may be able to help you also with what is going on at the moment.

In talks with so many other people the calling of "your name" is very common. Many people have had this experience. Sometimes when you hear your name called it is just to let you know that there is someone out there keeping an eye on you, looking out for you. Other times it could be that you are worried about something and they call your name to give you comfort or re-assurance. On other occasions it might be that you have asked questions and maybe not picked up or paid attention to the answers they have tried to give you. Think about what has gone on around you at this present time, are you worried about anything, have you asked questions,do you feel lonely or have wondered if there is a possibility that there is life after death. See what you come up and your answer may well be in your heart already.
If it does happen again just ask them who they are, listen out for any thoughts that come into your mind , or watch out for any signs in the next few days, ie picture, music or people you talk to.
Ask them what they want or what they have to say to you and agian watch out for any signs.
You see they may not directly answer you so that you can hear them,they may give you signs. The calling of your name may just of been to get your attention so that they communicate in other ways, then again if it does not frighten you they may talk to you, you may here a full conversation. It will come in a way that they think is best for you.
I do feel that it is woman in spirit that is close to you at this present time, she gives me the feeling of an aunty.

There is no danger what so ever in contacting your spirit guides, they are there to help and guide you in your journey of life.They give you love,comfort and strength do or say things that need to be addressed.
They can advice you on which paths to take in your life and sometimes ask you to do things that may not really want to do, but every thing they give you is for your good, wether at the time you think it is not the right way to go. I have learnt to trust my guides fully and follow what they say. Even though on a couple of occasions they have led me to find things out about myself or others that I would rather not of found out. I do for sure know that what they have tuaght me in the past has been right and true.These days when they tell me some thing i ask for the reason why so that i know what i am getting myself into. The consequences are as far as i am concerned, have and are for my good. They never lead you into any situations that would put you into any danger.
It is all about putting your trust in them.

I felt very comforted by your words as I have an unwelcomed visitor in my bedroom and whilst it bounces around the home it is stationed in my room always watching. I have always had a sensitivity, however, the past spirits I felt, I knew, this one and its accomplice I don't. I now sleep in the living room as it doesnt seem to like lite areas and my bedroom is fairly dark and I love the dark. I have read the 23rd Psalm throughout the house and requesting it to leave to which my attempts have proven futile. I want my home, my bed and the serenity back. I live in a fairly large condo community which was built from 1976 with mostly lovely neighbours. I will admit a fear of communicating with it as I wish I could explain it but it feels as if I would be opening a door I shouldn't..It just doesn't feel like an inviting venture. My personality is very strong and I am not usually moved by this and whilst I slept with candles lite for weeks I finally said enough this is my home and turned off the lights and tried to sleep but 3 days ago when it spoke to me just after I got into bed in a coarse abrasive voice saying "your face" (which I always partially cover due the standing fan) I fled my room.. It's colder in there now day and night, and to prove I wasn't imaging things I opened all the windows and whilst all the other rooms were warm (it's Fl after all)the bedroom remains very cool and today the floors in there alone seemed wet and clammy..
Please guide me as to what I need to do as I'm at wits end.. It doesn't intend to leave and I'm not going anywhere either. God willing.

I do beleive that everyone has some form of psychic ability, whether it be sensing , hearing, seeing or just a sort of knowing. Some people are aware of that they have these pyschic abilities other do not. Others shrug their experiences of as being imagination or call them weird and deny them, other are so wrapped up in the world that they are oblivious to any pyschic experiences that they may have experienced. If you are interested in bringing psychic abilities into your life, all I can really surgest is for you to find a spiritualist church in your area, which in turn should be able to put you in contact with a local circle. I am in the making of setting up lessons on my website, which you will need a password for, some of which are already on my website, though the pass word lessons will be more in-depth. They will be sent once a week and will include meditations, ways on how to improve your senses and intution,and many ways of how to work with different tools, your guides, angels etc. Also my contact details if you need any help or advice whilst learning.

Thank you for a most interesting website.
About a week ago when I was in bed and nearing sleep. I asked in my head "if there are any spirit people or astrals who want to make contact...to show me a sign, knock etc..." Well about 5 mins later a series of knocks began. They continued on and off for a few hours. They sounded like muffled knocks...I had never heard them before. It was a very still night, a day before a full moon. The sound could not be located to any particular place in the house.
I did not tell my partner initially as he is a skeptic (I did the nextday). He even got up to investigate.
I was blown away by this response. I have chronic health issues (which have no medical cure ) and often talk to spirit about them and many other things. This however was the first time I had really asked for a sign.
What do you suggest should be my next move? Do spirits have the ability to heal us?

First thanks for viewing my website.

Next, I would surjest that for the moment that when you ask for signs from spirit, that you dont ask for a sign from any spirit. As that will leave you open to any type of spirit that is out there.
Ask that if there are any spirits of light or a member of your deceased family to come forward and give you signs. And Angels of course.
Other than just knocking or banging around the house at night time, ask that they give you signs throughout the day. What ever you ask, pay attention over the next few days, you may hear a song that relates to your question or query, or see something on tv or a picture or words that catch your eye. You may see the same sort of signs over again until they are sure you have understood the answer. Some signs come unexpectly so remember that you may have forgotten about a question you asked and out of the blue you have a sign that you really cant ignor.
They never get fed up with anyone asking for conformation that they are there or questions. What ever they give you is always for your good, even if at the time you dont think so. Everything that comes from the spirits of light is for your spiritual growth, whether it makes you relize that everything in your life that you have asked for, you have recieved. Or made you know what you want or dont want in your life, even some of the not so good things that have come along, look back and see how much stronger you have become, you may cope better with a simular situation next time.
Your question of can spirits heal ?
As with doctors, nateral thearpies etc, they all have there part in healing, yes spirits can heal, yes doctors etc can heal.
They can all help in peoples and spirits healing process, that for me is unquestionable. I beleive that all can be healed, know matter what practice they use.
I also beleive that some people come here to experience different illnesses and it is up to them as to whether they except all healing to be cured or whether to stay ill and die from that illness.It is rather hard for me to explain, as I dont often get ill, I dont get colds or anything that makes me feel so ill that I have to stay in bed for. When I do get ill it is mainly becuase something is bothering me and I keep that worry inside instead of letting it out. I never used to tell anyone how much they hurt me or annoy me etc. I learnt that by saying what is wrong or offened me I would not have illnes. Also I tell myself I dont get ill or have anything wrong with me. Most people I know cant understand why every illness that people can catch just misses me. It is because I wont allow it to enter me.
With a lot of healing it all depends on whether you or your soul is ready to be healed. Agian hard to explain, you may really want a cure for an illness, but deep inside within your soul, you not be ready to let go of what you are used to.
All healing works, even if you die of an illness, you can be healed on the other side. In other words if you are not healed here on earth you are healed in spirit world.
Most of healing comes from thyself, with help when needed from others. The main thing is not to let any illness stop you from living and enjoying the life that you have, it precious and wonderful thing to experience.

Firstly i would like to say sorry for such a long wait.

The first feelings i get are a lot of love and emotion. The sort of emotion where you feel sorry for not believing someone when told me something that was very important to them. With this i feel that your mum may very well have not believed you when you told her something a very long time ago, she shoved in the back of her mind like you never told her. For this she is sorry for now she knows that it was true.
If she knew then what she knows now she would never of left you feeling like a lier or so low.
She wants you to know that she has always loved you and always will, no matter what she has said in the past. Some words where just said out of anger and frostration. Please dont let hurtful words or actions stop you from being the lovely person that you are. Dont take everything to heart, learn that a lot of people only say things to hurt becuase they are hurt themselves and need to make others feel as awful as they do.
I hear the name vincent being shouted out me, if you do not know this person, watch out for them in your future years.
Most of all i feel love and so much of it. the connection with your mum is a little bit in and out, so i think she has a lot of healing to do for herself. both emotionally and pysically. If i do by any chance have any more to say i will let you know but for the moment i beleive that is all.

Hello Jon,

The simple answer is because you have asked them to help.
Who would leave a baby screaming? Who would leave a child to cry? Who would leave a young boy to whimper? Who would leave a man weep?
Sometimes it just takes a little longer for you to recieve the help that you asked for a long while ago.
Your lessons of what you have done or what people have done to you may have been learned.You may have experienced enough of drugs.
You are not the only one that has had weird things happen, or see and hear things, while struggling with drug addictions, many assume or beleive it is whatever stuff they are taking having an effect on them. And shrug it off as illusions etc. Of corse some of it is becuase of the drugs they are on. Defining the difference is the hard part.
Remember to that some of what is happening to you at the moment can also be your own spirit guiding you to take action and leave the drugs behind.
You have a lot of protential to other things with your life,instead of hiding behind the drugs, which is what i feel you do, for you own personnel reasons. Release yourself and just be you, you are worth it. You are a great person with a lot to share and do for yourself and others.You'll see x
If you beleive that it is spirits tring to help you rid yourself of the addictions, then follow them, get help!! You are ready to stop!! You will sucseed because you want to!!
You are a good guy at heart, be yourself with out all the other rubbish and you will shine x

hello cherie, im not too sure how to say all this, but here goes, a friend of my husbands has just died unexpectedly, i only met him once, 2yrs ago, but i had to sort a few bits of his clothing out and stuff that had been in his company car,and take it to the clothes recycler, i just spoke out loud as i was driving there,that i wasnt throwing his stuff away, as others would benefit from them, and some of my stuff was going with them aswell, after this i went shopping, and as soon as i walked off from my car,i found a little white feather, i also found another when waling later on, a day after this, i was woken up in the night by what i can only decribe as a very srong sexual way, but not in a horrible way, various other odd things have happened, another night i was woken to a smell of cigarette smoke (he used to attend the betting shop all his life!)he was never married, but a man who appreciated the ladies, just a really nice bloke to be honest, am i going mad?! im trying to rationalize things, but coming up with no answers, his funeral hasnt taken place as the coroner hasnt dealt with him yet, please help xxx

sorry about the delay in answering you, i have resently moved house.

first of all the white feathers could very well of been a way of saying thank you for sorting his things out etc. white feathers dont just come "angels" as most believe, many spirits send feathers as a token of thanks or just to let you know that they are around you.
What happened on that one night may just of been his way of letting you know that he was there, whether or not it was done in a nice way you should not allow any spirit to touch you a sexual way, so if it does happen again ask him not to.He should stop straight away and find another way to let you know it is him.
After saying the last paragraph,he may of realized that it was wrong to approach you in that way and hence used the cigarette smoke as a way of letting you know he is there.
Your not going mad he has found a way to communicate with you,he may have something to say to someone you know that knew him.
If this is the case you will have to ask him to give you more signs, to understand what it is he wants.Or he could be clinging on to life, by sticking around a lovely lady as youyelf.
Ask him and he will tell you? if you find that it becomes to much for you all you have to do is ask him to find someone else that would be able to understand and help him.
I do get the feeling that he wants you to pass on a message to a male, someone you may know. Something to do with helping him out of a sticky situation, the person has not told his wife about it.
The spirit man in question comes across as a bit of a gentleman, with a lot of charm and love for living, took a lot of things in his stride, but also held a lot of stress inside, tring not to allow others to know that he did come under presure at times.
