Send out all energies that are not yours back into the universe and bring all of your back to you. Tell all energies that are not yours to go out into the universe or be returned to where they came from. Tell all your energies to return to you from the past, present and the now.
Meditate
Give yourself at least one day a week where you have peace and quite to meditate.
Tell you family not to disturb you for an hour while you spend time with just yourself to be able to relax.
Which off your phones, turn off the TV.
If you want to, you can play some music softly in the back ground, it doesn’t matter if it is Emenen or rock music, as long as it is what you like, makes you happy or relaxed.
Light candles and burn incense sticks if you wish to.
Most of all just be comfortable and ready to allow yourself to chill out completely.
Your Intuition
Take notice of any feelings that you have through the day, be ware of them, listen to them, where necessary take action from them.
Don’t ignore feeling of danger on your travels, turn back or change your routine for that day, go to work or school a different way.
If you are with someone and you have a feeling that there is something wrong, open up, ask them.
If you get the tingles, chills or sudden spurts of heat that cant be explained, listen to how you are feeling, see what thoughts come to your mind.
Listen to your inner voice as it guides you through your days and nights.
Opening Your Senses
Have one day or hour a week to become aware of your senses.
Hearing
Take time to listen to your surroundings, as you walk through town, on the beach or as you stroll along a country trail. Beware of all the sounds that you can hear, the cars, the chatter of people, shutting of doors, footsteps. Every thing. Try concentrating on one particular sound, like foot steps, take the sound of them right into your soul, try shutting out all the other sounds while doing it. See how much more enhanced those foot steps become. Move on to the next sound, a bird twitting, or a plane flying over. Master just listening to hear only one sound at a time instead of a clutter of many. Beware of how different sounds make you feel inside. Do some shock you or make you cringe.
As you progress, try shutting out all sounds and listening to the silence that is hidden behind all that noise. Listen to what the silence is telling you, listen for the hidden voices with in the quiet.
Seeing
As you go about on your travels, take a good look at what is around you, watch people, animals, the trees swaying in the wind, notice every single thing that you see. Look deeper into what you are looking at, focus on them until you know every detail, a change in the way something moves, the colours of flowers and the patterns of different things.
Once you have done this many times look at things as though they are not really there, look beyond what you can see with your eyes, see things that you did not notice before. A glow around someone or different colours on or around on object that wasn’t there before. Notice images, colours or lights that are beyond your normal vision.
Touching
Have times when you touch every thing that is about you. Touch a tree, material, a wall or fence. Feel the different textures, are they rough, smooth, wet slimy, dry or course. Be aware how the different things make you feel. Do they make you feel, happy, do they make you feel disgusting, do they make you feel sick. Feel the sun on your back or the wind in your hair, walk in the sea or water. get to know how your feelings work for you.
Smelling
Try to smell ever thing that you pass, sniff the air in the morning, noon and night time, every chance you have take in the different aroma’s that come in your direction. Notice how the dew smells at the awaking of the day, or how the dampness fills your nose as the night sinks in. don’t let any flower or plant slip past you as walk along your way, take time to step back and smell those wonderful scents. Come to realize what each and every smell means to you. Do they remind you of different times in your life or people that you have met. Do they make you happy, sad or ill.
Tasting
Every opportunity that you get taste some thing, taste it by letting them melt into the senses on your touch. Enjoy the flavours that you have taken into your mouth, let them rest there a while, getting to know what the different tastes make you feel. Which one make you shiver, go hot or cold, let different flavours in through your breathing as they drift the air from far away. Understand what they mean to you, does coffee remind you of your dad, does the smell of petrol bring fear into you, you some make you feel good and others make you feel horrible. Learn to distinguish every smell that swirls by.
Understanding
Learn to know what every colour, number, word, object and different people means to you.
You can make or buy cards with different colours numbers, trees flowers etc on then.
Take each subject at a time, say you are trying to find out what different colours mean to you. Choose your cards with just colours on, draw one at a time, concentrate on the colour for a few minutes, being aware of any feelings you have about it. Blue could mean healing, or sadness, it will mean something to you personally.
You can do this with absolutely anything or any one.
A dentist may mean a person who fixes your teeth or it can bring fear into you. Know why you have these feelings and thoughts about different things.
Being aware of these different things allows you to open up, it also lets spirit use your knowing to communicate and give messages to you, for yourself or others.
Spirit uses your feelings and experiences to bring across what they wish you to know.
Practice Divinations
Buy or make some tarot cards, draw one out each day for yourself, see how correct or incorrect they are. Don’t give up remember you are learning so mistakes will happen at the beginning.
Ask a friend if they wouldn’t mind you practicing to do the cards on them.
Do your own tea leaf readings, scry every thing you possibly can, use dominoes/dices, practice, psychometry, have a go at dowsing. Even take notice of some of the old wives tales to see how true they may be.
Do all of them whenever possible, practice on yourself and friends and family, if they are willing.
Go on forums where any one can give readings, let them know that you are just a beginner and need to practice. Don’t be disheartened if you get things wrong to begin with, you will, as you go along find where these mistakes are coming from. A good forum with nice people in it will encourage you to continue, they will not put you down, they will give you words of encouragement and help you learn where your mistake may be coming from.
Practice manifestation, astral travel and telepathy.
Beware at all times of the signs in this world of spirit messages and guidance.
If you can become more aware of your dreams, try controlling them, doing what you want to do while sleeping.
Mediumship
As I have mentioned in the section Awareness. There are different names for different types of clairvoyance/mediumship. I personally believe that every one has the capability to use all of the types if they really want. It just takes a lot of work and practice to accomplish them.
There are a few tips on mediumship.
Have a person either sat or standing in front of you, look to their side or at the back of them.
Focus on that stop as though you are trying to find a picture inside a maze of dots, slowly bringing your vision to a normal state, as you do so you may notice someone sat/stood next to the person. Or you may get an image of someone in your mind.
Don’t discard anything tell the person what you are seeing, asking them if they can confirm knowing any one who looked like that. Whether they say yes or no carry on with the next stage. The spirit person you may be seeing could just be the one that lets others in or has come as the messenger.
At the same time as seeing a spirit person beware of how you are feeling, are you happy, feeling stressed, have any unusual pains, tingles, hotness or coldness any where on your body. Do you hear, smell or taste anything at this time.
This is where opening your senses comes in.
Tell the person in front of you every thing that you are picking up.
After this the spirit may continue to show you different things, like a blue car or a pink rose.
This is where all your learning of what different things mean to you come in. This is where you have decipher what the spirit is trying to tell you.
Sometimes the spirit will only use pictures to give you messages, which makes you work hard deciphering their objects.
Sometimes they will show you things as though you are watching a moving.
Sometimes they will talk to you.
At first doing mediumship can be quite slow, the more you do the quicker it becomes.
You may find that at first they give you things in riddles, so you have get your mind into action and use your imagination to make sense of things.
Make your teaching fun, making them into games, give your self a clap when you get things right, jump up and down with joy knowing that you are progressing.
Being aware is a gift, it enriches your life, it brings wonderful things into you heart and life.
